94 requests sent · 7 kept

A sent request is not a confirmed unsubscribe. in-boxed labels the difference.

1 minto scan your whole mailbox, for free
Zeroof your inbox data stored, during or after
1 clickopts you out of every sender at once
Freeto scan and see the full list first
We store nothing from your inbox. Not your emails, not your address, not a single log line.
The whole scan runs in your browser. No database to breach, nothing to sell. We count anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics only, never who you are. How that works →

How it works

01
Connect Gmail or Outlook
You give read-only access. We only ever see who sent what, never the content, subject lines or attachments.
02
Scan for free
We find every newsletter and marketing sender in seconds. You see the full list before you decide anything.
03
Review
See exactly who is sending you what. Tick anything you want to keep, everything else goes.
04
Unsubscribe for 4.99
Pay once. We send the opt-out straight to each sender’s technical endpoint, so you skip their preference centres, confirmation pages and re-enter-your-email steps.
Senders are legally required to act on your opt-out without undue delay under GDPR (within one month at the latest), and within 10 business days under CAN-SPAM. If they keep emailing you after that, they may be breaking the law.

Why in-boxed

Nothing stored. Ever.
The scan runs entirely in your browser. No emails, no addresses, no logs of your inbox, your data never touches our servers.
No account. No subscription.
Pay 4.99 once, clean your inbox, leave. Nothing to register, nothing to cancel.
We never read your emails
We only ever see who sent what. The text of your emails, the subject lines and the attachments are technically out of our reach.
Marketing only, mail from real people is never touched
An opt-out the sender must act on under GDPR & CAN-SPAM
Skips preference centres and “are you sure?” pages
Free scan, see the full list before paying anything

The difference

Every other unsubscribe tool wants you as a user.
We want you gone in 2 minutes.

Most unsubscribe services require an account, charge a monthly subscription and keep ongoing access to your mailbox. in-boxed is a one-time tool: visit, clean, leave. We could not keep your data even if we wanted to, because there is no database to put it in.

None, not even an email address
Sign-up required
Pricing
4.99 once, free to scan
Monthly or yearly subscription
Access to email content
We only see who sent what, never the content
Full inbox access, often permanent
Your data afterwards

Stored in their database, some have sold it
Ongoing relationship
None. Visit, clean, leave.
Keeps mailbox access until you revoke it

In 2017, a popular free unsubscribe service was found selling its users’ inbox data to third parties. That business model only works when a tool stores your data. in-boxed stores nothing, so there is nothing to sell.

Check the privacy promise yourself
Open your browser network tab while you scan. Every request goes straight from your browser to Google or Microsoft and back. None of them carries your inbox to us. It takes about thirty seconds to confirm.
How it works
Verified by Google
Google has completed its OAuth verification review of in-boxed for the gmail.readonly scope. That review included an independent security scan, which returned zero vulnerabilities. Verification is not an endorsement: it means our access and data use were checked against Google’s API policies.
A published security contact
We publish a security.txt so researchers can report a problem directly, the way any serious service does. Most consumer apps never bother.

What early users say

Turned out 118 senders were mailing me newsletters. I had no idea. Unsubscribed from all of them in a couple of minutes.

Julian118 senders found

Only did the free scan at first. Then I saw how many there were and figured I would just save myself the time. Time is money.

Thomas

I am not much of a privacy freak, but it does feel good that for once the data is not stored somewhere.

Dave

Nice that you do not have to take out an account or a subscription first. Quick, too.

Frequently asked

Is in-boxed safe? Do you read my emails?+

No. in-boxed uses read-only access to your Gmail or Outlook account and only ever sees who sent you what, never the content of your messages. The scan runs in your browser and nothing is stored on our servers, after your session there is simply nothing left of you on our side.

Will my important emails be affected?+

in-boxed only touches emails with a List-Unsubscribe header, the bulk-mail standard, so mail from real people is never included. Some webshops send receipts through that same platform, so those can show up. You see every sender first and tick Keep for the ones you want.

Does unsubscribing actually work?+

Yes. Under GDPR, every sender must act on your opt-out without undue delay, within one month at the latest. Under CAN-SPAM (US), senders have up to 10 business days. The signal we send is identical to clicking “unsubscribe” yourself, just sent to all senders at once.
